Built a natural, low-impact Passive House Plus home using EcoCocon wall panels for a young family in the UK. The clients had been offered a “kit” version of Old Holloway, a bio-based home by George Mikurcik, and the challenge was to adapt it to suit the site, procurement limitations, and the family’s vision without compromising performance.

“Tomás and the Mosart team’s practical, real-world approach to teaching gave me the confidence to deliver not only our first Passivhaus project but also a bio-based Passivhaus Plus home using EcoCocon wall panels. The CPHD qualification was essential in building the expertise needed to earn the client’s trust and steer the project towards certification. And I know it’s often said, but Tomás' energy during the course really stuck with me – he was absolutely fantastic.”
